I created this “JOHNNY” shortly after I lost one of my lifelong friends (Brett laabs) in a terrible accident. There were many times that he and I would sit and try to solve the all of the world’s problems over a cold beer and watch a fire burn. Sometimes we would even come up with a solution or two. There are never any words that make this easier or better, contrary to what we are told all of our lives. When someone we care about dies, a piece of you dies with them. Yes I know life goes on, life is great and they live on in our memories with us, but it doesn’t make it any easier.
