TOURIST PALM
One day I am out at Anclote Park with the grandkids, just wondering around, taking pictures, and enjoy a cool day in the late afternoon while we were waiting for the sun to set. There is an elderly couple (I am 50 just to give you an idea.) walking past us. My granddaughter Ashton and I both were taking a picture of the top of the swaying palm trees at the same time when I overheard the gentleman say to his wife “What’s up with these dam tourist today”? They continued on towards the parking lot as Ashton and I headed in the same direction to meet up with the others. Ironically I couldn’t help but chuckle when I noticed the car they were getting into had a plate from the Northeast of the U.S.A. Yep life is good.
