A BEACH NIGHT
Hello again, I would like to wish my beautiful wife Cathy a Happy Anniversery. This "JOHNNY" is the one I do for her every year at this time, however the story is awhole lot different this year. As of this day June 3rd, 2024, I am 73 days into recovering from a series of strokes and am improving each day a little more (some days are better then others). This is the first time sence I started drawing pictures for Cathy that I had to sit down and discuss the pictures content with her before starting the picture. I give my wife a tremendous amount of credit for haveing the patince to help me through this difficult time in our life. She suggested that we should be sitting on a beach somewhere, under a stary night, and she should get Yellow roses, ok simple enough I thought to myself ( however this proved to be quite challenging to pull off). Using the K.I.S.S. (keep it simple stupid) method and by going very slow and very mythfodically, I believe it turned out quite well. Cathy truely is an amazing woman and i am veryblessed to have her as the main part of my life for all these years, I love you baby. Yes life is indeed GREAT.
